"It was a pleasure staying in this beautiful, spacious and very convenient hotel. The staff, specially Ms. Monika is super helpful and accommodating. It is very convenient to get to the main market area in 2 minutes and not too far from Matterhorn glacier paradise gateway. The in hotel dinner option came as a surprise- excellent food and local delicacies- simply yummy. The hotel was kind to us to arrange complementary drop off to train station. We stayed 3 nights in this very relaxing hotel....

"I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Zermatt! The hotel was cheap and the staff even gave me a free upgrade on my room which was a nice surprise! The location is also amazing because it is right next to the train station and it’s only a 20 minute train ride to get to Zermatt. Trains ran frequently so I never had to wait long. I also felt like housekeeping went above and beyond every day tidying up the room. The only down side is there’s no microwave or fridge but everything else...
