"We loved where this place was with a lovely spacious room looking out across the harbour. The car park was a little way and the stairs up to the room were steep but worth it for a very well furnished and decorated room. Staff always friendly and helpful"

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"I had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Penzance. The pub serves delicious traditional pub fare, and the full Cornish breakfast in the morning is excellent. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I could need. The staff were extremely kind when I wound up breaking a bone in my foot while on a walk in the nearby fields. They kindly provided me with a giant bag of frozen peas - the perfect thing to ice my foot. I was lucky to stay on an evening when the...

"Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."

"Really enjoyed the stay, site was great , fantastic cirws and beach which is so big that its never 'busy'. Walking over the dunes is hard work lol Activities laid on if needing to occupy kids . "

"It's Land's End - can you get a more beautiful location? Only stayed one night - family room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Let down was breakfast, most of the food was cold. Would have been 5 stars if the breakfast was up to scratch. Staff were all friendly and my son enjoyed the free entry to the attractions. Great for the coast path. "
