Room service is too slow due to lack of staff. The internal telephones do not work most of the time so a guest has to go down to the reception to ask for anything. "It is a nice place in a secluded garden and the room are spacious and in old style. Breakfast is good and the roof terrace is excellent for the breakfast. What lets the hotel down is - first of all - wi-fi. This is the worst one we have encountered in many, many years. Could not send a photo on WhatsUp, could not do the check-in for a flight. The other problem is that you cannot get any alcohol, not even beer or wine. Last but not least, dinner food was very ordinary but rather pricey."

"Staff is friendly but the property lacks in some basic amenities - such as hot water. Through out our stay, we didn't get warm water in our showers, even after repeated reminders. There was stinking smell in couple of rooms. Staff had to be repeatedly reminded to provide towels, soap etc. Honestly, we were over-charged for the service we were provided."

"The hotel is kinda hidden; but the staff were really friendly. They didn’t really give clear instructions as to where our driver could park until I asked a gentleman at the front desk for the exact address. We also had difficulties at checkout. Due to a family emergency we needed to leave early. We wanted a receipt to show to Expedia to prove we left early. We were unable to get a receipt and were told that the lady in the front could not even find our booking. "
