"Rooms were clean and provided fresh towels and sheets everyday. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist Visiliki. She was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! Navigating the bus and trains to and from St Moritz can be confusing, as the hotel does not provide shuttles to the ski resort but they do provide free bus passes if you do not have one. Overall, great stay! We will be back. "

"Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains "

"Our stay was fabulous. Room was comfortable with all the basic necessities. In the middle of everything. The restaurant downstairs is good. The buffet breakfast was great and the older lady that was our waitress was the sweetest!!!! The view from the rooms (we had 2 rooms) was spectacular. "The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpfuland the breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE!"

"Excellent reception. Good restaurant. Good starting to at least three trails on the mountain site. Nearby bus station to other villages. Room narrow, one has little place fo luggages and walking around. Only two glasses in bathrome no other in the room., no fridge or ice, water was only low-warm."

"The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. Thank goodness for eyeshades 😃. "
