"Very nice location at the top of a huge hill. Family owned and operated. Nice bar and restaurant table are set up in a banquet style. Breakfast buffet is huge and our dinner the night we got there was very nice with the chef specials. I had artic chard and my friend had stuffed peppers - both were tasty. Rooms were very large. It was windy when we stayed and we were able to catch some northern lights! A nice experience."

"Great cozy atmosphere. Best breakfast at a hotel by far. So much variety. The dinner was delicious and so worth the money. Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Only complaint was I kept tripping going in and out of the bathroom on the door frame. "

"Apartment was lovely, note it was new news to me to find out the laundry is shared with the studio apartment Vik apartments also manages. There is also laundry room hours from 10pm-6am being off limits. It wasn’t clear that the door entrance was after the first door no. 5 for us. The apartment was extremely clean, plenty of cooking supplies, salt and paper packets, towels and instructions. Would be nice to have luggage racks They don’t have curtains for the side window which is unfortunate...

"Nice hotel. About 15 minutes drive from Vik. Nothing else around the hotel so quiet. The room was large with a good view. It was very expensive however, and not as ‘value for money’ as some of the other places we stayed on our trip. "
