"Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. "We stayed in apartment 14. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay albeit the accommodation was very basic. A comfortable seating area and some updated furniture would have been great, as would some coffee pods for the machine.
