"Nice stay "

"Run Away, Run Away, Run Away. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. I am surprised why expedia is allowing this hotel...

It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation. I had to change 3 rooms as there were issues for either AC, water in the bathroom or some or other reason the room was not checked before check in.
