"It was a good place to stay prior to an early flight, the bus transfer is a rip off though and you can walk to end of the road to get a normal airport bus to various terminals for 1/3 of cost. Room was clean with a great shower. "

"I was charged a smoking fee off £140. However I do not smoke. I was very dissatisfied and will make sure to tell all my friends and family never to stay there again. This has not only caused me financial stress but has also caused me to be very upset as the staff are lying about a smoking fee and would not help me any further. "

"To describe the hotel at terminal 5 is ridiculous. It was £30 in a taxi and £20 back the next morning on a shuttle. Would not have booked the venue if I'd known this. The hotel itself, excellent. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and fantastic staff."

"Beautiful hotel We stayed in ‘biggy, riverside view room. Lovely room with fabulous bathroom. Really nice toiletries. Ate dinner in restaurant, lots of choice and good value. Very friendly staff All in all an excellent stay. We would stay again"

"Really nice stay we did the park and ride to Guildford nice shopping, then back to the hotel relax with lovely food and drink with a great roommfy bed and warm shower. Fantastic full breakfast, followed by a walk in the surrey hills a lovely weekend "

"We have just got back from a 2 night stay at this guest house and we have been extremely impressed. Ok the rooms are not very big but there is everything you need in them and it was very clean and comfortable. We thought we might have struggled sleeping in a double bed with a soft mattress but we both slept really well.
