"Very clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality continental breakfast (the same for all days but that really wasn’t a problem). About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! Alternately it’s a ten minute walk to the Rosengarten for that perfect view of Bern. The room was immaculate but could be a little bigger - but what do you expect from a...

"A very nice room in the beautiful old town. We enjoyed opening the big windows and sitting in the chairs watching the street with our morning coffee. "

"Room was nice and spacious. Not a king bed, 2 twins pushed together, so slept on a twin. No refrigerator or microwave, and no coffee refillled during room cleaning or anything, which was fairly disappointing as one who needs caffeine in the morning. Other that that it was fine."

"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."
