"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"

Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. Det var tydeligt at toilettet ikke var gjort rent i lang tid. Der blev sendt en rengøringsdame da vi ringede til receptionen og...
