"The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. "We had an executive suite which was excellent, it was well worth the extra money for the space & the extra touches. The quality of the furnishings & the bedding were very good & the bed was very comfy, we slept so well. it was cleaned each day to the same standard, the only slight issue was the soap dispensers we not very full & we ran out of all by the second day & the one on the sink wasn`t filled, only the bath & shower, we made do as it was our last night.
