"Lovely stay, the staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel very nice. Only blip was the food experience coukd have been bettet. I had to send chips back because they were almost cold and my burger wasnt smoking hot, I'd say it was left prepared for longer than it should have. The staff rectifued this so no issues. All in all a great overnight break and I will probably go back if in the area. "

"The hotel failed to inform of events taking place in the hotel. The hotel was overrun by noisy children who were allowed to run around screaming and shouting through the hotel unchecked. Bistro and restaurant booked up. No food options nearby. Very unpleasant stay."
