Pleasantly surprised to see a mahjong set in the unit - thanks! Suggest to make it more ‘livable’ by installing simple things like hooks in the toilet/room (eg. to hang clothes), bedside table (for ease of charging phone at night), and provision of hand towels…"

"The hotel is a very short walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Melaka.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided. Rooms are very dated and my room had water damage which has not been repaired. The room was made available to us with the toilet and bathroom soaking wet after being washed. The room itself is dusty and not clean. Would I come here again? I don't think so. "

The cups were not washed, and despite three attempts to get a clean kettle (including a promised delivery the following morning), none was provided. A complaint about the malfunctioning mini-fridge was ignored, and there was also a disruption to the water supply. "
