"A very convenient property a 5 minute ride from Windsor. Easy check-in, clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast and not extortionate price for bar. However bad bits were that the heating in room was not blowing out warm air. When i went to reception the night manager Joe was very apologetic and brought a portable radiator to our room. So all good. On the whole a nice hotel and would stay again. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Malmaison. The staff and service was really good and the decor and ambiance of the place is perfect . The authenticity and decor is fantastic and its location is perfect. We loved the little museum show cell , which showed how the cells were originally. A nice little touch. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. . "

"Clean room,well stocked , towels provided. Comfortable beds. No noise from guest/outside. Restaurant very nice, busy at 9am for breakfast. Used the pool facilities too. Not busy, towels privided. Changing rooms a little dated but does the job. Front of desk staff very friendly and informative. Kids absolutely loved their stay, 20 minute journey to the warner brother studios so after long day it wasnt a long journey back. "
