"The room was a good size but it got hot even in January. We ended up cracking the window, which let in the street noise but it wasn’t too bad. The hotel restaurant/bar was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was a bit of a walk from the underground but there were bus routes nearby. Walkable to the British museum. Overall a good place to stay. "

"A very nice hotel to stay albeit for one night, in a ideal location, would definitely stay again, the only issue was how busy the lounge area was with people, quite a few in groups, (possibly non residents) using it as a free internet venue, making it difficult for residents to sit in between the bar and restaurant area."

"This hotel was amazing. Very classy, clean & the rooms are not closet sized which I find too often is the case in London. The bed was an American full size bed & the room was great. Walk in shower was clean & modern. There is a nice nook with a small fridge, water, a kettle, tea-bags & coffee pods for the nespresso type machine. It was all great. My only complaint is there were not enough hangers for my clothes. Great place to stay. Close to Buckingham Palace & literally steps from...
