"Brilliant place for a three-night stay! We had a two-bedroom house for three adults and two toddlers, and it was great—comfortable, spacious, clean, and excellent value for money. For a four star hotel the the facilities in the room were limited. No spare toilet roll, no shaving mirror and the room itself was a little small. The toilet did not flush that well and the hot water/heating pipes were noisy. "

"This was an unscheduled stop on route to Cornwall due to bad weather. What a pleasant surprise, a beautiful old Inn a short distance from the A30. "We had a wonderful short stay at The Salt House.The property is a great size with 3 bedroom and entrance area is SO useful to leave damp clothes, boots and pushchairs. Large lounge and kitchen. Very well equipped. The en‐suite bathroom to the main bedroom has a shower and sink only, no toilet so need to use main bathroom. Location is amazing ‐ right in the midst of shops, bars, restaurants and 1 min walk to the harbour. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Ilfracombe. "
