"Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so...

"After visiting the hotel and looking over the premises, we decided to look for accommodations elsewhere. We cancelled our reservations for out 8 night stay. Despite cancelling, the hotel charged my credit card for the full amount for all nights claiming it is against hotel.com policy to not charge if the cancellation is late. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I understand hotels.com has a 20% fee for cancellation, so it is inexcusable for the hotel to charge me for...
