"Warmly welcomed in person into the grand and beautiful house. Ample parking. Our hosts assisted with dinner reservations a short walk away and had a delicious breakfast spread the next morning. The family room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable with the softest sheets. It’s evident that the hosts enjoy treating their guests to luxurious little details. I only wish we had the time to spend another night and enjoy the grounds more. "

"Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very varied. Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram"

"Hotel Recour was without a doubt the best place we stayed the entire time we were in Europe. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, breakfast was a wonderful spread and the location cannot be beat. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely beautiful room with a large bath that was very welcome after the trek out to Poperinge!"

"I can't speak highly enough about Broel4 - the perfect location and an oasis of calm in the middle of everything. Really welcoming, the room was massive and beautifully decorated and breakfast was wonderful. I almost don't want to say too much for fear of it being booked next time I want to visit but honestly if you are considering booking then go for it and you won't regret it. Also for info we used parking just around the corner which worked perfectly. "
