Unfortunately, Brussels streets are filthy and people are smoking in every doorway, so cigarette butts are everywhere. The smoking isn't unique, as most of Europe is this way, but the streets are much cleaner!"

However, the hotel staff were very quick to accommodate and change our room promptly. Overall, a nice, cozy and comfortable stay. "The property is perfectly located if you are stopping over in Brussels for a nightvas it is located within the train station. Its a clean and comfortable hotel and the staff were very nice. Only issue we had was the shower door would not close properly and the shower would not deain. We have advised the hotel so im sure they will repair. Overall, a god place to spend a night."

"I debated about the rating for this hotel due to problems we encountered. On our first night, the a/c cut out. At 1:30 am, after tossing and turning and being unable to sleep, I called the desk to inquire. They sent up a portable fan which did a good job cooking the room. Unfortunately, I had to get up early for a tour so not much sleep. I was exhausted the next day which caused us to cut short our tour of Antwerp.
