"It was a nice apartment, very well presented, however we we stayed for 7 nights and the room was never serviced and we were never asked if we needed anything, like toilet rolls, tea coffee etc."

"The wifi did not work for our entire stay - we tried multiple times to talk to the front desk and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was resolved and no communication or updates. We were then told we would get a call from the General Manager after we checked out but did not receive a call. We are international travellers so not having wifi or internet was extremely inconvenient. "
