"Nice place to spend a few days in "

"It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square."

"Good location , the hotel itself is failrly good however the food could be more versatile. Loved the beach access. Is perfect for families as well."

"Hotel was superb. Very clean and newly built. We went during the off-season so the hotel was empty. Free parking and great breakfast followed by a touring the old town of Sozopol."

"Food wasn’t labeled and was almost the same everyday, very greasy meals which made us to feel sick in the last 2-3 days. The cleaning staff didn’t came in the last days, no vaccuming was made, beds were not changed and lot of sand was in the room. Höwedes, The reception staff was friendly, the apartament and balcony were big enough. "

"I booked this hotel last moment because of a storm and change of travel plans. The bed in the bedroom was in a terrible condition. There were no clean linen for the mattress size provided . There were two smaller size cover linen provided, folded on the bed which were very old. The pillows smelled. There was no clean sheet provided for the mattress - only a mattress protector . The mattress protector was very dirty, full of sand, hair, old stains and unsanitary. The bathroom smelled terribly....

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words.
