"We stayed at the newer part of the building and the room was nice We we’re offered an upgrade for an additional fee We were hoping that this upgrade would have been a perk for returning customers "

"No microwave, steam kettle, toiletries & coffee condiments in the room. Linens & towels pretty old. Water pressure super low, bed not comfortable, ceiling too low. Overall upgrade needed!!!"

"This hotel is unlike most hotels in Baguio. It is beatifully situated on a mostly quiet hill road. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing construction site in front but overall, the noise was tolerable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was superb. Some low points were a broken exhaust fan on our original room (they moved us to a bigger room) and a stain on one of the bedsheets (they replaced it immediately) Overall, wonderful hotel"
