It’s an old property and they have tried best to cover aging but shows up in bathroom, air conditioners, tv etc. Also strong odour from carpet when you enter into the room until nose gets used to that which takes a while. EV charging is a bit off a hassle. There are 4 self charging plug points where you can plug in your mobile charger. "The only disappointment was the hotel has air conditioned but our room aircon was useless and reception had to override our room and it was stinking hot all night! A terrible night sleep as a result so won’t be staying at this hotel again! N"

"Very well constructed modern apartment hotels and the pricing was also quite reasonable. Even simple things such as their holder for coffee and tea sachets and their instructions for streaming were very well done. Unfortunately, their appliances (stove, washer) were poorly maintained which was super annoying, and they don't have a parking within the facility (thankfully, there's a public parking located right opposite and the general parking fees in Canberra aren't as prohibitive).
