"We had a very warm welcome. We stayed in a comfortable family room that worked well for our family trip as 3 adults. The stay was very good value and we enjoyed the breakfast. Also appreciated having a kettle in the room. The location was very convenient for visiting Waterford and Tramore. Would recommend!"

I loved that she took our breakfast order and set up dining times the night before. We just walked downstairs to the dining area and were immediately served a delicious breakfast. Very clean, quiet and well decorated room. Her own paintings added to the charm. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to come again!"
