"We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the linen hood quality."

"Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was nice (buffet italian style). Bed was comfortable (althought no duvet, just a sheet and thin blanket over the top... must be an italian thing). Good location near the train station. Air con worked reasonably well to cool the room from 30C to 21C. Although the controls were a bit confusing (said it was heating when it was cooling). "Quite frankly, I can't really remember this hotel, so it must have been satisfactory. We were in Italy, Austria, and Germany for 13 nights; during that time, we stayed in 6 different hotels. We stayed in the Castello for one night (the 8th day of our trip) and we were so tired that two of us did not even go to dinner but to bed instead. "Nice hotel, well maintained, close to the highway, good 4-stars hotel with nice lobby. Some parts of the hotel and the rooms are dated in style, but I would stay again. Also, close to Bologna but cheaper then a 3-star hotel there. "

"We stayed here to be outside downtown Bologna. Very nice place — great for weddings which was happening. They had a great onsite restaurant as well. It catered not only to hotel guests but also the locals. Our food and service were great. They had on site parking for free too — underground garage. The hotel staff was very friendly as well. Good stay. "

"It was my second time staying here and I throughly enjoyed it. The food was incredible, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The majority of the staff were friendly, except the older man working behind the bar who was quite rude to my mother. The spa area was gorgeous. The grounds of the hotel were stunning. The only thing I found difficult was that there were no snacks available to buy throughout the hotel. It would be nice if there was a little coffee shop that sold patties, crisps etc....
