"Staff is very helpful and well yet to resolve concerns quickly. They offer great advice on what to do in the area and how to get around. The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests...

"The experience was not at all resort like. It felt like a basic hotel and the service was average. The food took forever and tasted not good at all, wonder why it took 45+ minutes to prepare. The staff was extremely nice but the property in general was below average. There was not much to do at the resort and the spa didn’t have much options either. "

"This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. The fresh lime soda from the bar was amazing. It is quite noisy as it is in the middle of the town so cars horns and dog barking...

"Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. "The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

"Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive."
