"Overall our stay was excellent - the house is clean, as expected, and the location is perfect. The drawback was that we got an email from the house 1 week prior to our trip that said linens were not included and would be provided for an additional fee. This was not posted anywhere in their Hotels.com advertisement so it came as a surprise. "Great layout with three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen/dinning area was great and well equipped."

"The "suite" was clean and the bed was comfortable. The male host extremely helpful. We booked the "suite" because the description said "separate sitting area" and this was very important to us. Sadly the sitting area was on a deck outside. Not very useful on a rainy October day! The room itself is not 450 square foot so we presume the deck is included. Nice sized bathroom. No chair to sit in for reading or tv viewing. "

"Beautiful deck and five star experience. Breakfast menu is created with tender love and care. Breakfast is served in style. Having breakfast on the deck surrounded by dense pine trees is extremely enjoyable. "
