Very good breakfast with wide choice. The added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for a reasonable additional cost"

"We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival....

"Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

"We stayed here for one night en route back from Italy. Hotel is situated within easy reach of the main road and there are some facilities within walking distance for food. There is plenty of parking onsite. The hotel and room was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. There was shower gel and handwash provided. "Hotel le Columbier and Columbier Suites are both located literally a softball toss from the Lauch River, actually in La Petite Venis and the heart of historic Colmar. You couldn't get closer to historic Alsace than this. And the hotels are both fantastic. The decor, staff, breakfast, wifi and amenities are first rate. The staff is friendly, professional, and unobtrusive. Our suite was in a building dating from the 1500s, wich exposed timbers yet completely modern. "
