"We stayed for one night. Greeted by Jacqueline at reception. Such a lovely and friendly woman who showed us where our room is, and where to park. The place is clean, double bed in a separate room with ensuite. Ensuite has a shower over bath which is also a jet spa. Lovely water pressure from the shower. A single bed in the lounge. "This was the best overall place we stayed during our two months in New Zealand. Each room has a separate section of a huge balcony with stunning views, comfortable patio furniture. The room was large, comfortable, with large picture windows. The bathroom was large and modern with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious with a number of options to choose from and the hosts were terrific, friendly, knowledgeable about the area."

"We truly appreciated the hospitality as they pointed us to a place to eat (with warnings that the kitchen would close soon) as well as a suggestion for kayaking. Phil also patiently bore us to the kayaking place when my daughter and I got turned around. They even allowed us a shower after kayaking and after our checkout time. The best part was they bore with us as we overstayed our check-out while trying to get on a new flight when our flight was canceled. Thank you for everything."
