"The staff were very polite and very helpful could do enough for us. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the allergies menu was on the website. As I don’t bring my mobile out with me it took sometime to get the menu up. I don’t know why there isn’t a card with allergy's menu like the standard one. "

"We had a nice stay at this hotel; friendly staff, nice food, good sized bedroom and lovely views. We had a standard turret bedroom and whilst it was spacious, the en suite was really small and felt like a shower had been squeezed into a room that used to be a toilet room. There was no space to swing an earwig let alone a cat! The toilet had a cigarette burn on it and the lid on the plastic cistern didn’t fit on the tank. However, I was pleasantly surprised, the food was fantastic, the bed was super comfortable and the service was outstanding. The room was delightful too, although I was upgraded which was amazing. "
