"Vi har været meget tilfredse, dog ville vores rating være endnu bedre, såfremt hotellet havde undladt at spille høj musik udendørs helt frem til kl 23. Det afholdt os desværre fra at benytte altanen i det omfang, som vi ellers havde ønsket. Hotellet oplyste på vores forespørgsel, at det var en del af konceptet!"

"Large beachside hotel **** just outside Ayamonte. Great Junior Suite. Spacious and comfortable. Very busy during our stay but the staff helpful and attentive. Great food available."

The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. "Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"
