"Fabulous stay, great friendly staff. Very clean and comfy hotel with easy access to fresh drinking water. Has a small gym, a swimming pool and posh bar. My only issue is that with lost property they aren't proactive in informing the guest that they have found your items. Once with my wallet when I described that I had lost it and the person said nothing was handed in without checking and when I insisted she checked, found it straight away with my room number on the postit with my name. "The property was well located and well presented. The dining options were very limited in the hotel so we had to find an alternative option. This is no problem as long as the weather is kind, otherwise, expect to be soaked."

"I was not aware of the £425 deposit we had to put down! The receptionist and colleagues were rude, even dismissive at times. The cabin was clean but univiting, got good we didn’t have a cat as we wouldn’t been able to swing it!! Felt under pressure all the time in case something got slightly damaged. We then had to clean out the cabin to get deposit back!! It was also in the shade so I didn’t feel like we were on holiday!! "
