"First time staying at the hotel. Loved it and will definitely return. Tbe staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was a good size and the facilities were great. Breakfast was amazing good choice of foods, ans the meal at the restaurant was very nice. "

"Room is clean Bed is comfy firm. Reception gal was really courteous and helpful, helping us to pre-book our yellow bus tickets to airport the next day, and pointing out store facilities with a printed map (tho 20 min walk) where we could buy fruit and takeout meals. "

"Perfect place to stay in Auckland post cruise. The staff was great. Everyone bent over backyards to make sure we had everything we needed."

"It is conveniently located, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. The only issue I encountered is the address of the hotel. It's listed as 171 Queen Street. However, that address belongs to a different store! Its main entrance is actually located in a valley or back street. Not easy to find."

"Enjoyed my stay here, got a really good rate that was also supposed to include drink vouchers but I forgot to ask about them at Check In. Was a little concerned about no air con but I emailed the hotel and asked for a room that faced away from sun and that ended up being just fine! Housekeeping did a really great job and all staff were friendly, would stay again for similar price"

"Walked to harbour and CBD every day we stayed, very comfortable, the young women in reception were very friedly and helpful. We enjoyed having fresh fruit each day."
