"Superb location for Charleroi airport, 5 minute car ride. Here on business and it was a nice stay. Clean big rooms, friendly staff and high level cuisine in the restaurant. I even came back in the same week as needed to stop one more night near airport. Highly reccomended and my go to Charleroi Airport stop over."

Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. "Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "
