"We loved the view, the pool, happy hour cocktails and the food by the pool! The hourly drives to and from town, service and the daily cleans were greatly appreciated. The bath, shower and hammock outside with the view was a lovely surprise!! Yes there is a hill, but for the lower studios (where our apartment was) it wasn’t an issue for us. Although we loved the restaurant food during the day, breakfast could have been better (pancakes were great if you like them) and it was quite noisy...

"Glamping at Karuna offers a unique experience with cool but very functional units. I stayed in the Cocoon until which overlooks at stunning view of the beach and surrounding islands. The unit itself is beautifully designed and furnished, good air conditioning units, clean, with lots of room. "This place was amazing, we stayed for 4 days. Its a little difficult to find cause it goes into some small streets. Transportation isn't easily accessible, but the staff coordinates the transport anytime on your behalf whether its a tricycle or a private van. I reccommend taking the tricycle if you're brave enough and looking to save a significant amount of money. El Nido proper is about 25-30 mins away by tricycle and 15-20 by van.
