"Excellent Location for a stay in Brussels, friendly staff, amazing service ! Great room although my only feedback would be that the showers / bathroom could do with an update IE the shower and toilet. Overall very happy with the Hotel and services! Enjoyed the sky bar and great breakfast options !!! Would be back to stay when we visit again !!b thank you guys"

"Easy parking. Friendly receptionist checked us in and gave directions to restaurant which was open despite it being 14:00. Good food in the restaurant. However, I must comment on the breakfast which was one of the best we have experienced. The Orang juicer gave fresh juice. The hot food was freshly cooked and appetising and there were 4 Coffee machines all of which worked. Our room was quiet despite having the ring road only 150 metres away. "We were happy with everything except for the shower. It was difficult to operate, and the water never got warm enough. We had to rush through showers."

"The hotel has a really great gym in comparison to the usual hotel gym. The sauna access was a nice surprise. The area where the hotel is located felt like a ghost town but the nearest metro station was about a 10 min walk away. A walk to the main center was about 30 minutes. Overall a good stay and no regrets but if you want to be closer to the action, this is probably not the place for you. "

"The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom.
