"We just enjoyed our stay, shame about the weather"

"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel. "

"The property does not have an elevator and the staff is not prepared to assist with luggage. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Not ideal for heavy baggage. The restaurant had a wonderful selection for dinner and the food was tasty. We opted for breakfast to be included and we were extremely pleased with the options and quality. Our female server on the first day was attentive and very sweet. The second day of service from a male server left us missing the sweet girl from the day before. Our view...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"Hotel is centrally located and has parking right in front of the hotel for free for an hour or there is a parking lot a block away that costs about 4 CHF for a day using the EasyPark app which for some reason was about half the cost of paying at the machine. "

"Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen...
