4/5 Good
"Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. Other than that, very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet features some Belgian specialties along the usual array of hot and cold items. The restaurant is excellent (best blanquette de veau ever!) And if you rent a car, select a really small one. Parking spots are tight for the hotel and everywhere else in Belgium. "
