"The room was no 24. A junior suite. Very nice room. Warm and cosy. Bathroom had some signs if wear. Shower very slippery. Overall a nice comfy room snd comfy bed. Disappointed with menu ! Expected more choice and better quality & presentation. Great to have a breakfast cooked and not buffett. Lovely staff, pleasant & helpful."

"We stayed for a few nights in a 2-bedroom lodge, during October half term. We had a lovely time. As a family of four, we found the lodge to be really nicely sized. The children had their own room with 2 single beds. It was clean and we appreciated all the little things to make our life easier (tea & coffee, dishwasher tablet, etc.). We used the pool once. It was smaller than what I anticipated from the pictures and really nothing fancy but kept the kids busy for a good hour. We didn’t use any...

"Absolutely perfect stay until the morning we left. There was no hot water at all so no one in the hotel could have bath /shower. Felt it was dealt with very slowly still not fixed when we checked out at 11am. Not much of an apology from front of house. "

"this was our 3rd time visiting & we are still going to come back again. its an old building with en suite bedrooms. rooms are comfortable, location is right on the harbourside. food is very good & breakfast is very good too. staff are out of this world. I wouldn't recommend for people with walking disabilities or are in a wheelchair. dogs are welcomed at this property. Laura & Kennedy are the names of 2 of the staff I can remember at the moment but the others are very good too. "
