"The staff and owners are amazing. Myself and 4 coworkers need a large taxi (or 2 normal) to get to a business meeting a few kilometers away and the owner offered the hotel van to drive us there. I truly appreciated this act of kindness"

"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"It's a nice hotel, but be aware that it is also a clinic and rehabilitation place, so the ambience may differ slightly from that of a regular hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms are big, clean, and well equipped, with a really nice view. The food was delicious. "

"Bike friendly hotel across from the train station with a few great restaurants - Gasthous Schaafli (sp) just a short walk away. Owner/Manager was very nice "

"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"It is hotel with really nice design. Appreciated parking with ecar chargers. Appreciated self checkin, although form was a bit long to complete. Breakfast was good, and got a bit too busy as it seems everyone have it included as there is not staff on reception. "
