"My only complaint is that with being eco friendly there wasn't a way to make the room cold enough to be comfortable sleeping. I was sweating throughout all 3 nights of my stay. If the weather is hot outside the eco hotel conditioning system doesn't suffice. On a positive note it was a clean and fun environment!"

"Great location right by the Friedrichstrasses S Bahn which goes to the airport. Lots of restaurants by the river Spree. Nice hotel bar good for a night cap. Hotel provided body wash only, no other bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues), no pen, paper etc. The hotel has AC which is great but could use some basic maintenance as it was leaking and there was black mold on the ceiling that takes a while to develop. The from desk seemed unfazed"

"Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Staff friendly. But disappointed on check-in that we were given two double-bedded rooms when had ordered one of them to be twin-bedded six months earlier. Was told that it was impossible to rectify this. But when I insisted a room with twin beds was found. So why wasn't I given this at the start?"

"My stay was pleasant. Room was comfortable but dated. The cushion on the bench that was in the room 2050 was stained. And for a JW Marriott hotel I expected more! When you stay in whats consider a premium hotel you hope everything will be nice. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet! The variety was good but they had lots of fruit flies and flies all over the fruit and salads and again if you stay I a JW is not acceptable! The service was good and the hotel is conveniently located just 12 min...
