"Very rude front desk staff. Maintenance service call was ignored. Water leaking into inside hallway from outside rainstorm. No backup generator during power outage."

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."

"Wonderful experience with the warm, efficient staff who try and cater to your wishes. Front desk was efficient and courteous and even gave you a fresh orange juice on your arrival. Room service was excellent as well as the diverse quality of the food - fresh and tasty and prepared with care. Its been a very rewarding experience and will definitely come back. "Great in person services from staff. Very accommodating, respectful and prompt. Breakfast buffet was great as well as the in house restaurant. Will definitely be staying here and recommend anyone who’s visiting Dhaka. Room for improvement: online support non existent. Asked questions for staff pre-checking in but no one ever gotten back to me. "
