"Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! And the worst thing of it all, it was 33°C, and the rooms were scorching. They do have one fan in there for a boat because we always travel with fans because rooms are usually...

"Very new hotel, clean, quiet, good location and parking. Breakfast has great variety. Beds are firm. Friendly staff. "

"The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in offering us suggestions of sites to see and places to eat. They had umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board which one needs on holiday. Having a mini fridge in the room was great so we could have additional drinks we could keep cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankenthal."

"1st time I went to a renewed part of hotel and was great. This time I took another room, at the old area and was not so comfortable. Also there were people at restaurant and you could hear from the room. I could not sleep due to the noise."
