"A quick 1 night stay but great for what we needed"

"The hotel fee dropped about 40% after 5 days later I booked. I requested to cancel my original booking and rebooking with new price but the hotel declined. I asked to upgrade my room from 1 king bed to 2 double beds and they accepted but there was no toilet door in the room. Weird, haha. "

"The hotel is centrally located to several areas such as Myeongdong and some cultural landmarks. It is also near bus stops and subway stations. The room was nice and clean and perfect for our stay. They also have several washer and driers available and a gym. I would definitely return to this hotel. "

"Initially I was disappointed because the web site photos were much better and bigger than my room which had an extra bed for a 3rd person, but the manager was apologetic for the small room being in Gangnam and provide some complementary breakfast which is appreciated and we enjoyed soaking our foot in the “foot spa” they have on the terrace and a nice meal out there so it all worked out in the end."

"Room is very clean but relatively small. The layout is very well designed that it still felt comfortable to stay in. Both the room and lobby has a very modern design especially the lounge area is huge with a great view. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, just one block away from Hongik university where most lines connect and steps away from Hongdae street for all your shopping and eating. "

"The service was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, but there were many stains on the wall and felt like they weren’t trying to keep the property well. The wallpaper was peeled off from the wall. However, considering how much the price we paid, we were very happy with our stay."

"Clean hotel in a good location close to transportation links. However the AC is locked at 25c even during the summer with the outside air temperature in seoul being above 30c you can't really cool down and sleep comfortably. Would be great in the winter but not during spring and summer."
