"Repeat visit to hotel and didn’t disappoint. Great room this time large and spacious with floor length windows dual aspect giving the room a bright outlook. Breakfast although relocated outside of the dining space was well catered for with excellent choice and variety to offer. "

"Central location in nottingham with helpful staff and great room and hotel facilities (though not all are free). The Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. I booked 3 rooms and all the bathrooms had a frosted glass door which was not the best for privacy. We also stayed at the weekend so there was quite a bit of noise from nearby night clubs. Overall a great stay and we would come back again if we do Nottingham again."

"Check in was awful. Asked to wait for 10-15 minutes as system “wasn’t working” with no apology or empathy from receptionist. Went to bar to get drink, had to pay as couldn’t charge to a room yet. Went back to reception with a queue of people that were being checked in (by someone else) all fine so took about 25-30 mins in all. Still no apology. Think should have come find me when system working?? Bar was all of 10 yards away! Got to room, and whilst clean, the carpet was threadbare, the same as...

"This is a great hotel next to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Whilst the room was very clean and comfortable, the climate control didn't seem to work, and it was a little dated in places, namely the TV and the bathroom could do with an update. The service at check-in was very welcoming, and i wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
