"Hotel is lovely, and service is first class, however it really could do with new windows, current ones are not double glazed, we were at the front near to the entrance so we had a lot of noise from people smoking and taxis dropping people off. Windows look very shabby too "

"Nice restaurant team on Xmas Eve very friendly, food all frozen for the price as £8.50 for dessert and £9 for starters which were more light bites, the chicken burger is a frozen product for £18 food okay but I no it was all frozen, dessert had to send back as my daughter wanted the chocolate waffle brownie came cold with ice cream ask if they could microwave the brownie and they did but sent out with the original vanilla ice cream, as a chef of fresh food would skip eating this again, although...

"Pool area really good. The hotel bar is understocked and needs a cask ale other than chilled tap beers and lagers. The bar Open Fire is lovely when lit, although could not be lit unless maintenance do it?? Marie in the Kitchen and bar is lovely and was a pleasure to see her serving in the mornings. "
