The staff is very polite and go out of their way to accommodate guests. The roomsvare uniI will que and beautifully decorated. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Bautzen ."

"I did not enjoy my stay in Hotel Radnice much. In my opinion, the property is a bit “past it´s expiry date”. To me the equipment seemed old, felt like a trip back to 80’s. Breakfeast was poor, not much to choose from, coffee not particularly tasty. I did not feel like dining in a 4 star hotel. Overall, to me the hotel is a mediocre 3 star, not 4 star at all. I was dissapointed - the cost/benefit ratio was not met for me at all."

"We travel a lot (across the whole World), we like to visit different places in EU, love gastronomic and wine tasting tours. Therefore, we have already stayed in many hotels across the EU. We were surprised that towels in the room are not white, but purple-blue, isn’t it mandatory to have them white? In our room there were only 2 towels, chambermaids maybe forgot, we asked for 2 towels more, so they brought them us. Room was spacious, but no safe, insufficient hygienic items, not enough soap in...

"Staff is very helpful. NO Air conditioning (was very warm during stay). Breakfast is good. Short walk to many restaurants and to poland pedestrian bridge."

"Excellent location just at the corner of the main square. Everything in the hotel nice and functional, with some interesting details (corridor decorations on the first floor etc.). Excellent breakfast - EUR 5 extra but absolutely worth it, with big selection of hot and cold items, home-made jams including cucumber and lavender. The only issue was the lack of AC and also windows anti-moskito netting - we stayed there during a hot summer days and open windows meant flies in the room. "
