"I didn’t appreciate there not being anyone in reception upon my arrival. The front door was locked and I had no idea how to get into the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number with no answer. I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didn’t understand.
