"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. "Initially git given a room that was below standard with a bed that was practically on the floor very old decoration and old carpet. Had to then pay an extra £40 per night to get a better room in 20th floor. This is unfair as prices should be for all rooms but they weren’t. However room had 3 beds and large and modern with good maid service. Located perfectly next to lots of restaurants and transport but no noise at night time.
