"The hotel was fantastic, on arrival we were greeted at reception then shown to our room, the room was lovely and clean, spacious and quiet, there was air conditioning so we were able to regulate the temperature to suit us. The breakfast was superb, better than I have had in some time, a great selection of continental and cooked options were available. "The staff were amazing and certainly added to the stay. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend the hotel consider a thicker mattress topper as that certainly would have helped as you can feel the gap between the beds and the mattress is a very hard one, not used to that and the pillows were very lumpy and not too comfortable either. But apart from that the hotel was lovely. Fantastic location. The staff are the star of the hotel for sure "

"We had a suite which was lovely. The only downside is that it was cold. The heating was barely adequate even on full power and the Quilts were very thin. It seemed to be that the whole wing of the hotel with the suite in was cold. Also it was a Saturday night and very noisy outside. "
